Give yourself permission to live in more light!
From painful necessity, I learned I do not have to be Super Woman. I must care for myself in order to be able to assist others. I now use my hard won learning to live in greater balance and inner peace. I am still learning and improving in this arena! But I have a lot to share about what works to transform your life through self-nurturing!
I have distilled my favorite, most useful strategies from over thirty years of working with clients, students and myself into a simple, practical approach centered around taking really good care of yourself. It is all about helping you love and care for yourself, which can automatically produce greater peace of mind, joy, loving and balance in the face of stress.

Background
With over 25 years in the helping professions (social services, psychotherapy, and higher education), I most enjoy watching people blossom into greater fulfillment and joy. Having done my own in-depth inner work, I love supporting others in their journey of awakening.
Here is a video of my talk, Celebrate Your Infinite Potential, for the World Day of Prayer at the small Unity of Wichita Church, from September, 2019. Besides giving a glimpse of my speaking style, I share a little about my own journey of awakening spiritually.
